I am not receiving team emails. What’s going on?

TeamSnap sends team emails to all enabled email address on account.  If you are not receiving team emails then there is probably a typo in your email address or your email address has been disabled on account.

To check your address on account, log on and click to Edit your profile on the Roster tab.  If necessary, update your email address and/or check the Receive Team Email box, SAVE the setting.

Email servers can report our emails as SPAM without user knowledge.  When we get the report, the email address is disabled on the team.  If your email address was disabled, then your email provider might have disabled TeamSnap in your system without your knowledge.  To prevent this from happening again, please allow the addresses listed below in your email program.  You can allow the address by adding the addresses to your email program’s safe senders or whitelist.  If you cannot find these lists in your program, you can add the addresses as a contact in your Address Book.





Adding these addresses will prevent our emails from being marked as SPAM, and direct our emails to your inbox.
